- RFP SPM4A6-10-R-1096, IQC10231009044, NSN 6210-01-122-6335, Light, Emergency Exit IAW the following: Control Products Corporation, CAGE 27520, PN 114ES247-4 or PN 1553-1; Grimes Aerospace Company, CAGE 72914, PN 10-0055-23 or PN 114ES247-4; or Soderberg Mfg. Co., Inc., CAGE 78366, PN 114ES247-4 or PN S2320-306. This item is being procured under 'other than full and open competition procedures' under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This item is not commercial. Configuration control applies. The Buy American Act applies. This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The guaranteed minimum is 204 EA, base year only. Maximum annual contract quantity: 1,632 EA. Minimum delivery order quantity: 204 EA; maximum delivery order quantity: 816 EA, which is also the estimated annual demand. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. Delivery (PLT) was requested for this IQC at 144 days ARO for all delivery orders, as posted on the Surge Database website. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders only; stock delivery locations will be any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. The solicitation will be available on or about September 7, 2010, and will close on or about October 7, 2010. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
