- This is a pre-solicitation notice of the intent to conduct a commercial service acquisition. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement for the accounting support services for the period of one year base period and two one year option periods. The NAICS code is 541219 and the small business size standard is $8.5. All responsible sources (Small Businesses) are invited to submit technical, price and past performance information in response to the solicitation instructions in the Request for Quotation. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Request for Quotation Number HSCG40-10-Q-60272 will be made available for download from FedBizOps (www.eps.gov) on or about 30 Auguest 2010. The services shall be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard YARD, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. The award resulting from the above mentioned RFQ will be a firm fixed price contract that is composed of fixed labor rates.
