- This action is to announce the upcoming solicitation of a requirement to provide 2 each, stake trucks, 2 each, full-sized pickup trucks, and 2 each medium sized Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) for DLA Disposition Services activities in Afghanistan, but delivery of the vehicles will be to DLA Disposition Services, Arifjan, Kuwait, with Government transportation provided from there. Each vehicle will also require a spare parts package of common maintenance items. Specific vehicle minimum requirements will be stated in the solicitation. The procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation will be posted on or about 24 Aug 10, with instructions as to what those interested must submit to be considered for contract award. Questions concerning this action will be invited when the solicitation is posted on or about 24 Aug 10.
