- This is a notice to solicit all necessary componets to furnish all labor, equipment and transportation necessary to provide tents, tent flooring, power generation, fuel, HVAC, mobilization, and demobilization in acccordance with the statement of work. Quotations will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable, availability, quality, and past performance. The FOB point is Camp Shelby, MS. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Interested Offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes.
