- KMS INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENTThe Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR), issponsoring an unclassified Knowledge Management System (KMS)pre-solicitation conference industry day on 09 September 2010. This event isopen to GSA schedule holders only. The purpose of the event is to provide anoverview of the KMS program, further clarify requirements and informindustry of the program requirements. (Reference: previous Sources Soughtannouncement N57023-10-S-0001 KMS)The industry day will be held on 09 September 2010 at the COMOPTEVFORHeadquarters, 7970 Diven Street, Norfolk, VA 23505 from 1PM to 4PM EST inthe COMOPTEVFOR auditorium. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposals, a promise tocontract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. COMOPTEVFOR will not assume liability or cost incurred by an attendee fortravel, marketing etc; therefore, attendee costs in response to this noticeis not considered an allowable direct or indirect charge to the Government. The DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) will be posted no later than (NLT) closeof business (COB) (1600) on 31 August 2010. Written questions will beaccepted at the point of contact email below with answers to be provided atthe industry day on 09 September. Industry Day RegistrationThis is no-fee event. Attendees are required to pre-register by completelyfilling out the attached registration form and returning it toaninze.awanna@cotf.navy.mil cc: tywanda.green@cotf.navy.mil by COB (1600) 08September 2010. Late registrations and "walk-in" requests will not be permitted.
