Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - PR# F3K4BD0091A001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100713. NAICS is 562211 with a small business size standard of $12,500,00.00. *This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed below as described in FAR clause 52.211-6. 45 CONS, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to Establish/renew contract for regulated medical waste transportation, sterilization, and disposal IAW SOW. Period of Performance: 1 Oct 10 - 30 Sept 11, with 4 (one-year) option renewals. Minimum Salient Characteristic: System Performance Specifications: ITEM DESCRIPTION OF MATERIAL OR SERVICES TO BE PURCHASED QUANTITY UNIT 0001 Regulated medical waste transportation, sterilization, and disposal IAW SOW. 12 Months. Full service for one base year with 4 (one year) options Preferred Delivery: Earliest delivery date buy not later than 30 days after receipt of order.
