- RECOVERY - THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED IN WHOLE BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) The US Forest Service EROC Southwest Office has awarded a Firm Fixed Price contract to Tri-County Grading for the demolition and removal of 12 wooden vault toilet buildings as well as the excavation and backfill for the installation of 14 concrete toilet buildings.
