- Contractor shall provide a waste collection and disposal program for regulated medical/infectious waste at VANIHCS at the Fort Wayne, IN and Marion, Indiana campuses and two CBOCs located in Muncie and Peru, Indiana. This service includes but is not limited to collection, disposal and documentation of regulated medical/infectious waste in accordance with all VA, federal, state, local rules and regulations, and in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions and schedule of the solicitation. Estimated solicitation date is on or around August 24, 2010 with an estimated award date in September 2010. The term of the contract is October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with two one-year options.
