- The proposed procurement is a Section 8(a) Sole Source pursuant to FAR Part 19.8 to JACO General Contractors, Inc. NAICS is 236220/SIC 1522, with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. THE PROJECT involves design and construction of three buildings for the Forward Operating Base, an administration-lodging building, a maintenance building and a storage building. PROJECT IS PART OF THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. The proposed procurement will result in a firm-fixed price contract.
