- RECOVERY, CHOH, PMIS # 67417, TAS 14 1035 The contractor shall deliver towpath material to various locations along the Chesapeakeand Ohio Canal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 212321. This project is being solicited under full and open competition. All responisve offerors may submit a quote. This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act The solicitation with specifications, drawings, and wage rates will be posted to the websiteshttp://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 8/25/2010. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed orissued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation.
