- Amendment 1 AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to remove clauses 252.228-7001, GROUND AND FLIGHT RISK (SEP 1996), and 252.228-7002, AIRCRAFT FLIGHT RISK, and replace them with clause 252.228-7001, GROUND AND FLIGHT RISK (JUN 2010), which supersedes them. The response date for proposals remains 2:00 PM Eastern time, 15 Sept 2010. All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
