- Amd #3 Response to Questions Attachment C – Equipment List (08-18-10) The purpose of this amendment, Amendment No. 003 is to; (i) respond to questions received since amendment no. 001. Refer to the Attached document entitled, "Response to Questions Amd #3"; (ii) replace Attachment C - Equipment List with Attachment C - Equipment List (08-18-10); and (iii) amend the following sections within Attachment A - PWS. a. FROM: 8. Parking: The Government will not be responsible for providing parking for Contractor personnel performing under this effort. TO: 8. Parking: The Government will not be responsible for providing parking for Contractor personnel performing under this effort. However, through coordination and proper scheduling the Government may be able to provide limited parking for a up to two (2) vehicles with equipment that is needed to be used in support of this effort. b. ADD: 12. Switching and tying of the equipment and coordination with PEPCO: 12.1 The BEP Power Plant Chief Engineer or designee will do all tying and switching required for maintenance and repair. A maintenance schedule of the gear to be taken off line for maintenance or repair will need to be provided in advance to insure BEP tenants will not be affected during scheduled work hours. See Section V.9 regarding the Deliverable being mentioned here. 12.2 The BEP Power Plant Chief Engineer or designee will carry out all required correspondence with PEPCO regarding load shifts, load sharing of incoming feeders, and incoming feeders being taken off line to facilitate the work. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
