- Description
- Scope: The existing building is approximately 30' x 50', prefabricated metal building approximately 20 years old. Located approximately 30 miles north of Mercury, NV. This project is to expand the building by extending the building approximately 35 feet to the east (plant south) thereby increasing the square footage in the facility by approximately 1050 square feet. The expansion will incorporate high performance sustainable building design principles and practices into the design, construction, operations and maintenance process of the building. Some demolition of the existing facility will be required in order to extend the facility. The interior will be finished to include the existing space and the new extension. Includes ceiling, lighting, power, HVAC, floor finishes, wall finishes. The new construction will not be accessible (ADA not applicable). The Fire Suppression will be by others.
