This solicitation notice is for the E-Gov Travel Services Program sponsored by GSA which serves as the Managing Partner chartered through a cross-agency collaborative task force that includes GSA, 70+ Federal agencies, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing Solicitation Number QMAD-JM-100001-N for the E-Gov Travel Service 2.0 (ETS2) program. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. Contracts under this solicitation will have an initial base period of three years, and three 4-year option periods. The period of performance is 15 (fifteen) years if all options are exercised. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a vehicle for all Government agencies to obtain End-to-End travel management service that automates and consolidates the Federal travel process in a secure Web-centric environment. ETS2 includes all aspects of official Federal business travel, including travel planning, authorization, reservations, ticketing, fulfillment, expense reimbursement, and travel management service, which serves as the foundation for achieving Federal goals for government-wide travel management. With this posting, GSA is issuing the solicitation for ETS2; providing answers to pertinent questions received on the initial draft ETS2 solicitation posted earlier for comment; and establishing a formal closing date and time for the ETS2 solicitation. Interested parties are urged to register as an interested vendor to receive future updates. A preproposal conference for ETS2 is planned. Further details on the date, time and location will be forthcoming as an update to this notice. A Presolicitation notice was issued on August 5, 2010 under NAICS codes 541 for Classification Codes D (Information Technology Services, including Telecommunication Services) and V (Transportation, Travel, and Relocation Services). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. All amendments and any other official communication from the agency regarding this solicitation (if any) will be distributed via https://www.fbo.gov or by a means that provides access to the notice of proposed contract action through the Government-wide point of entry. The closing date of the ETS2 solicitation is October 6, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Proposals shall be delivered in accordance with the solicitation instructions. This proposal is not set-aside for small business concerns.
