- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-10-T-0162. This Solicitation will be advertised as Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 (Janitorial Services). The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. The Solicitation is for a firm fixed priced commercial performance based service contract to provide park clean up and solid waste removal services for areas covered by the Tri-Lakes (Dierks, DeQueen and Gillham Lake) Project Office for a base year plus four (4) option years. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This Solicitation will be issued via the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 30Aug2010. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via ASFI as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
