- PROPERTY INCLUDED INF ORMAL SALE 0410-S1005A TERMS & CONDITIONS OF FORMAL SALE 0410-S1005A BID FORM FOR FORMAL SALE 0410-S1005A Lockheed Martin MFC, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819 is offering for sale by sealed bid a wide variety of Government surplus property. This is your invitation for Bid. It contains brief description of the property, sale terms, and a bid form. Bid amount is required by single lots which will include all items within that lot. There is only one lot for this sale. SEALED BID SALE: 0410-S1005A Formal BID CLOSE DATE: SEPTEMBER 16, 2010, 4:00 PM EST Property can be inspected between 9:00 AM and 12:00 Noon Wednesday, September 1 at 7440 Brokerage Drive, Orlando FL 32809. Each bidder will be permitted inspection by no more than two persons, with a 30 minute time limit. POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST CALL 407-356-4948 (Terry McCoy) BETWEEN 7 AM AND 2 PM AUGUST 26 TO 31 TO SCHEDULE TIME OF INSPECTION. All visitors conducting inspection must be U.S. citizens and bring two acceptable forms of non-expired photo ID. Examples of acceptable forms of photo ID are: State-issued driver license, Govt-issued identification card, U.S. passport, U.S. military ID (active duty, retired or dependent ID).
