- This solicitation is 100% Set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The VISN6 Centralized Acquisition Services is soliciting bids for Renovate Building 42T at the VA Medical Center located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of work. The project consists of patching holes and preparing walls to be painted, remove and replace doors, repair window sills, remove registers, repair door and window molding, install insulation in ceiling, remove, purchase and install hall cabinet, countertop and sink; revome, old install new toilet seats in two restrooms, relocate emergency light, etc. See Statement of Work for details. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The NAICS code for this project is 238990 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the estimated price range for this contract is less than $25,000. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 24 August 2010.
