- FBO The Food and Drug Administration intends to sole source purchase order to Fedric Inc. for a site license to Dickenson's FDA Webview providing the Agency with unlimited access to a news service that monitors FDA Activities and provides news and analysis on regulated industry compliance with the agency. The Governments intents to solicit one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. (Statement of Work Attached). The period of performance for this requirement is base year with 2 Option years periods from effective date of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130 and size standard is 500 employees. Fedric Inc. is the only provider for this site license. FOB is Rockville, Maryland. his notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. Offerors who feel they can provide the same service or any relevant services may contact Cheryl Frazier at Cheryl.Frazier@fda.hhs.gov. All responses must be received no later than 10:00 a.m., August 24, 2010. Offerors shall provide Capability Statements, Product Description and Product Performance results. The Presolicitation will only be available through FedBizOpps http://www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for dowloading the Presolicitation and all attachments.
