- 5 each Wire Electric Discharge Machines. Delivery is as stated in the solicitation. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. Approximate solicitation issue date is 24 May 2010, with the closing date approximately 45 days from issue. Once issued, copies of the solicitation will be available for download from the Army Single Face To Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil.
