- FedBizOpps Draft 10-R-0048 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, Directorate of public works (DPW), has a requirement to Install a temporary Chiller in Bldg 406, Fort Myer, Va. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to SJLL Enterprise, 9009 Mendenhall Court, Coumbia, MD, 21045. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is Z199 and the NAICS Code is 238220. The solicitation will not be posted.
