- FedBizOpps Draft 10-T-0172 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, JFHQ-NCR/MDW AOG, has a requirement for Drywall materials and Carpeting installation located in Bldg 18, Fort McNair, Washington, DC. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to CATI Environmental & Construction, Inc., 7312 Cantwell Mill Rd., Windsor Mill, Maryland 21244-1700. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is 5640 and the NAICS Code is 238310. The solicitation will not be posted. For any questions please contact Mr. Mohamed H.
