- FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard has a requirement to procure a portable metal building - weather cover. Specifications and drawings will be provided with the solicitation package. The award will be accomplished under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS classification is 332312 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The request for quotation number is N00189-10-T-E034.
