- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY. A SDVOSB firm has been selected for the sole source procurement. VA San Diego Healthcare System has a requirement for Project 664-10-165, Design-Build VAV Exhaust Fan. This acquisition is solicited pursuant to the Veterans ™ First Public Law 109-461 as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Sole Source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 Authorized by statute, P.L 109-461 Sec. 502 as codified in 38 U.S.C. § 8127(c). The SDVOSB firm has been determined to be a responsible contractor with respect to performance, and a Firm-Fixed Price construction award that is fair and reasonable is anticipated. The SDVOSB enterprise is registered and verified as eligible in the Vendor Information Page at www.vetbiz.gov, registered on www.ccr.gov and completed online Representations and Certification at www.orca.bpn.gov.
