- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and associated documents are attached. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A COMPETITIVE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The cutoff date for questions on this solicitation is August 24, 2010 and the Questions and Answer will be posted August 25, 2010. Offers are due no later than 1:00 P.M. PST, August 27, 2010.
