- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-10-T-0176 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 20 August 2010. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44 and DFARS Changes Notice 20100816. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 336322 and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN 0001 Networked Charging Stations CLIN 0002 Gateway Charging Stations CLIN 0003 Smart Cards CLIN 0004 Standard Station Manager Software The Government may make a single award to a responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-10-T-0176. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 12:00, Japanese Standard Time on the solicitation closing date.
