- NSN 6K-8145-012794233-V2, TDP VER 011, QTY 12 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN.First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this procurement. A cost factor of$10,000.00 will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price of all offersfor whom the government will require such testing. All offerors are requested tosubmit a proposal with FAT and without FAT. If the Contractor requests waiver ofFAT, please submit at time of proposal. This acquisition will be 100% set asidefor Small Business. Drawings/techniNECO website at www.NECO.navy.mil. Thiswebsite will provide contractors with a direct link to FedTeds for thedrawings/technical data package. All offerors must be registered in the CentralContractor Registration database. Additionally, all offerors must be registeredin ORCA. Offerors must check the on-line application athttps://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch.aspx.
