- RFI ATTACHMENT FOR SEAWATCH DEPLOYMENT THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) in support of Market Research being conducted by the U. S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Technology Center (C4IT) Service Center in cooperation with the U.S. Coast Guard Command and Control Engineering Center (C2CEN), Portsmouth, VA. THIS IS "NOT" A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR PROPOSAL. The purpose of the RFI is to survey the commercial market place to determine the availability of Service-Disabled Veteran -Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB) in the market place to fulfill the attached potential requirement. While a future Request for Quote/Proposal is anticipated, it is not guaranteed. The Government will not pay for the provision of any information nor will it compensate any respondents for the development of information REQUESTED INFORMATION: Respondents interested in providing a response to this RFI should carefully read the attached.
