- J&A for LEGS System Upgrades Link-16 Environment Gateway Stimulator (LEGS) System Software Updates: Solicitation Number: F2QT320172A900. NAICS Code: 541511, the size standard is $25M. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed source is ViaSat, Inc., Carlsbad, CA. The purchase is for LEGS system software updates for one (1) base year and two (2) option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be emailed to Stephanie Fringer, ACC AMIC/PKA, Stephanie.fringer@langley.af.mil no later than 27 Aug 2010 at 11:00 a.m. EST.
