- SF-18 Solicitation Perform services on the behalf of the Business & Community Programs (B&CP) Division for the purposes of construction management on a task order basis, which will include attending pre-construction meetings, monthly construction meetings and inspections, and reviewing partial payment estimates and proposed change orders, tracking project funds and other specific tasks on projects funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) funds. It is the Government's intention to make one award as a result of this Request for Quotations (RFQ). The services will be located in the State of Oklahoma with the major of the work in the Southeast quadrant of the State.
