- PAST AND PRESENT PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE Bid Schedule Wage Determination DBEH 10-1601 Repair Towers, Various Technical Specifications DBEH 05-1604 Repair Weather Site, Playalinda Beach Technical Specifications Solicitation #FA2521-10-R-0035 SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Cape Canaveral AFS, FL announces the release of the solicitation for repair various weather towers on Cape Canaveral AFS and Kennedy Space Center, FL and repair weather site (1 tower), Playalinda Beach, FL. The required support will provide all labor, material, and equipment required to repair various weather towers. Period of performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 20Aug 10 and proposal closing date of 18 Sep 10. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 236220/$33.5M. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is set aside for HUBZone. Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website (except drawings/statement of work).
