- The subject solicitation was issued to NITAAC CIO-SP2i Contractors only. Fair Opportunity was provided. This task order was awarded as a time and materials type contract pursuant to FAR part 16.601. A time and materials type contract was the best suitable contract type for this requirement given the uncertainty in estimating the actual resources required and the quantity of work to be completed.
