- SSP Class Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition (CJ&A) NOsp 15,488 General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) of Pittsfield, MA was awarded contract modification P00008 under Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) contract N00030-10-C-0005 for a total amount (inclusive of optional line items) of $3,866,984 on August 20, 2010. This contract modification incorporates FY 2010 and FY 2011 engineering support services for United States (US) Strategic Weapons System (SWS) Fire Control System (FCS) Mk 98 Mod 8 Development under the SSP Shipboard Integration (SSI) Increment 4 program. These efforts were incorporated under the existing SSP contract N00030-10-C-0005, under Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0049 and 0050 (Optional). This contract modification was awarded on a sole-source basis, which authority resides under Class Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition (CJ&A) NOsp 15,488, as provided under SSP contract N00030-10-C-0005' Award/J&A Notice N00030-10-Q-0005, posted on October 22, 2009.
