- Description
- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) requires a portable Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) dynamic large scan System for liquid and in air imaging. The delivery date will be no later than eight (8) weeks after award. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to NanoScience Instruments under Simplified Acquisition Procedures due to the portability of the system and the ability to interface to our existing microscope with a simple adapter piece. Request for W9132T-10-T-0134 will be issued on or about 7 September 2010 with a closing date on or about 10 September 2010. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC Contracting Office, Champaign Branch, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (217) 373-6773 or e-mail to Diane.M.Biggs@usace.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Prospective offerors shall submit the company name, address, phone number, FAX number, point of contact and email address with the request for solicitation.
