- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, health care recruitment program targeted for BUMED Nationwide Recruitment Group (NRG). The NAICS Code is 541890 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. The period of performance is September 29, 2010 through September 28, 2011. The proposed sole source contractor is Health Career Networks. The proposed firm fixed price contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
