- Included in the RFQ Package: The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) intends to award for scientific supplies and equipment. Request for Quote is attached to this solicitation with the list of supplies and equipment required. Potential contractors shall provide quotes no later than August 30, 2010. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423490 and the FSC is 6640. This requirement is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items Procedures. Quotes may be emailed to Donna.Sanchez@noaa.gov or faxed to 732-872-3002. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to receive an award by the Government. For additional information and to register in CCR please access http://www.ccr.gov/. Awards will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in CCR. FAR Clause 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply this requirement and are attached.
