- "THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE DESIGN-BUILD MATOC CONTRACT." The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service contemplates entering into negotiations with one of our DESIGN-BUILD MATOC CONTRACT contractors and award a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order for the contractor to provide the personnel, materials, equipment, labor, tools and incidental items for the renovation of the existing facility at Lower Suwannee National Wildlife Refuge.
