Contractor will provide all labor, material, and manpower to conduct Ft Wolters Criminal Justice Property Phase I & Phase II Environmental Sire Assessments. Contractor will provide associated reports. Additionally, contractor will prepare a Quality Assurance Project Plan and Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. Reports and Assessments are being provided on to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in support of EPA region Targeted Brownfields Assessment on a part of the former Ft. Wolters.
