- Description
- Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition. The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), intends to conduct a sole source procurement with Aspect Telecommunications Co., 1660 International Drive, McLean, VA 22102 for the maintenance and monitoring of the Aspect eWorkforce Management (eWFM) software currently in use at the FEMA National Processing Services Center (NPSC). The period of performance of this action is one (1) year with four (4) potential options years. Expected date of award is September 07, 2010.
