- Contractor to provide all materials and labor to complete construction project 568-10-201, Expand Dialysis at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. Construction will consist of providing all labor and materials to renovate the existing Dailysis area on second floor of the hospital. This project will consist of demolition in the existing Dialysis space, new wall and ceiling construction, electrical, phone and data, plumbing, HVAC, medical gas and fire sprinkler modifications. Construction estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a business size of $33.5 million. In accordance with Public Law 100-461 this procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Solicitation package and contract drawings will be available on line on FedBiz Opps.gov approximately August 23, 2010. Date for receipt of proposals is set for September 23, 2010, by close of business 4:00pm MST.
