- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance in anticipation of a firm fixed price contract with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice and attached hard copy of the solicitation posted in NECO. This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation and is the only notice and solicitation that will be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is M67865-10-T-0041. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-40 and DFARS Change Notice 20100422. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions which are included in the RFQ. The NAICS code is 562219 and the Small Business Size Standard is $12.5 Mil. This is 100% Small Business set-aside, competitive procurement action. The MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR - CONTRACTING OFFICE SAN DIEGO, CA requests responses from qualified Small Business sources capable of providing: Sanitation Units: Provide Port-a-Johns, Hand Wash stations and servicing for the upcoming MCAS Miramar Air Show, San Diego, CA as per attached RFQ M6786510T0041. Standard Units: 369ea.; Handicap Units (ADA): 41ea.; Pumping Services: 1300ea.; Hand Washing Stations: 30ea.; Hand Washing Services: 150ea. for Marine Corps Air Station Miramar San Diego, Ca in accordance with the attached solicitation Request for Quotes (RFQ). This announcement will close at 03:30 PM PST, 27 Aug 2010 when all offers are due. All qualified, responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the agency. Please submit all questions to vivian.flotildes@usmc.mil by or before 4:00 PM PST on or by or before 25 Aug 2010. Offerors must be registered in the CCR database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. DOD no longer issues awards to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. All proposals shall include price(s), a Point of Contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms, and completion of FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications.
