- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO ARRIBA CORPORATION, 1302 INGLESIDE ROAD, SUITE 200, NORFOLK, VA 23502, AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) TASK ORDER CONTRACT FOR DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION, AS A MODIFICATION TO AN ORDER ALREADY ISSUED UNDER THE CONTRACT. The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) posts this notice of intent to issue a firm-fixed price modification against Task Order No. 0001 to Contract No. WC1330-09-CQ-0062 with Arriba Corporation for the installaiton of metal flashing at five exterior windows in building 1 and to fix HVAC problems by adding ductwork where there is flex duct to add balance dampers to sidewall registers and remove the in-line coils that block airflow. This notice is for full disclosure compliance and announcement of potential subcontracting opportunities only.
