- The contractor will provide all reqiuired accessories and installation for a Falcon Upgrade to include installing the following, firmware update, tuning and service. FC8-SAS/SATA Fully Redundant Rackmount RAID Unit, 3U Form Factor, SAS-SAS/SATA Fully Redundant Rackmount Expansion Chassis, 3U Form Factor, Falcon IV Storage System Upgrade 32TB capacity, (16) 2TB Enterprise-Class SATA hot swap disk drive/carriers. Includes Rackmount Rail kits, cabling, GBICs and required documentation. In addition, RAIDinc, RAIDserv Tier-2 Service (One Year), 24x7 Toll Free Telephone Technical Support, Next Business Day Advanced Replacement Parts, Software and Firmware Upgrades, RAIDinc Password-Protected Service and Support Website Access, RS-MAINT-UPG32000M to include installation, training and checkout.
