- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to only one source being available (FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) or 16.505(b)(2)(ii)). The Little Rock District, Corps of Engineers intends to purchase sole source, brand name,critical spare part,Cutler-Hammer 150VCP-W1500-3000A,breaker,125VDC motor and closing circuit, style 4A35392G02, for the 56,600 KVA Main Generators at Table Rock Power Plant, Branson, Missouri. The purpose of this announcement is to determine if there are any other available sources for the spare as specified.
