- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Victorville, California, intends to make various awards for food service subsistence at the Department of Justice, Federal Correctional Complex(FCC) Victorville, 13777 Air Expressway Blvd, Victorville, Ca, 92394. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Faith-Based and community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotation equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of award will be approximately September 14, 2010, This solicitation will be made available on or about August 20, 2010 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at, http://www.fedbizops.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available at your request. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is September 13, 2010. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Government-wide purchase card for awards under $30,000. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certification via the On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
