- This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for commercial services prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M68909-10-Q-1057 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 20100810. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside, and shall be a Firm-fixed-Price (FFP) contract award. The primary North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 541512 applies; size standard in millions of dollars $25. The procurement is in test and evaluation support of the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) integrated testing, stress testing, regression testing, interoperability testing, and technology maturity assessments.
