- Description
- In accordance with FAR subpart 6.302-1(c)(2), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a sole purchase order to Biosearch Technologies for finished/assembled kits that should be shipped FOB to CDC at 2-8 degrees celsius. Kits from Biosearch Technologies will not require optimization and will not require additional formulation optimization. Black Hole Quencher meets the required chemistry for CDC needs and this product is only licensed by Biosearch Technologies. The information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive requirement. Documentation should be received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this response to this notification, is solely within the discretion of the government.
