Description
USDA SI TO IA T&M D&F THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE AWARDEE OF THE USDA The Application Transformation and Modernization (ATM) System Integrator (SI) BPA GSTFMGBPA100001. The Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) on behalf of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), intends to issue a Task Order GSTFMGBPA0100001C001A to Systems Research and Applications Corporation. (SRA). This task order will be issued under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) GSTFMGBPA100001 competitively awarded to SRA in April 2009 under the GSA Schedule 70 Contract (FSS) program. The objective of this task order is to develop/implement SAP Solution Manager at the USDA FSA including the development of project tools processes, tailored training materials, and training delivery for users of MIDAS project tools. In order to correctly develop and implement Solution Manager, the Contractor will be required to work with the Enterprise Services Organization, CFO FMMI, and FSA MIDAS to implement an enterprise SAP solution. The extent and duration of work required to interface and collaborate with USDA on the requirements, landscape, design and implementation will vary greatly depending on the availability of required Government resources and subject matter experts as well as the complexity of functionality needed from the Solution Manager application. In addition, the extent and duration of work required for training delivery and the development of training materials can vary greatly depending on the number of classes, number of participants in each class, and the complexity of the future training materials. Planning meetings and collaboration with the Government will be required to baseline the work required to deliver the required training materials and training classes. The task order issued under this BPA will utilize American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding. The Government anticipates awarding this BPA task order with a twelve month period of performance It is anticipated that the Task Order will be awarded to SRA on or about 20 August 2010. This notice does not obligate the Government to award the task order. It is provided for information purposes only.
