- Solicitation No. DTFASO-10-R-00156, Flight Standards Service, Hearing Conservation Program Noise Assessment and Hearing Conservation Program Order, Various Locations This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offerors will be considered using a tiered order of precedence as described in Part IV - Section M, Evaluation Factor for Award.
