- Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport has a requirement for the following commercial supply items: Colibrys Accelerometers in accordance with PESK-7222 and brand name or equal to Colibrys Inc, P/N MS 8002.D. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: MEMS 2g Capacitive Accelerometers in accordance with PESK-7222 and brand name or equal to Colibrys Inc. P/N MS 8002.D. Quantity: One hundred seventy one (171). OPT CLIN 1001: MEMS 2g Capacitive Accelerometers in accordance with PESK-7222 and brand name or equal to Colibrys Inc. P/N MS 8002.D. Quantity: Seven hundred ten (710). The procurement will result in a firm fixed-price contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-10-T-0205 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract is unrestriced. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334511 and has a size standard of 750 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center, 610 Dowell Street, Bldg 893, Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. The entire solicitation is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closing date. The closing date of the solicitation is 27 August 2010 by 1:00 P.M., Pacific Savings Time unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. Offerors must be currently registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Drawings Referenced in this Solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to vendor ™s/contractor ™s appointed data custodian that are registered with DLIS (Defense Logistics Info Svc Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors/Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted Drawings and Technical Information are available through FedBizOpps as an attachment to this solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov/. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
