- This is a Pre-solicitation Notce, U S Naval Hospital, Guam is seeking for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for an OsteoPower Surgical Handpiece System. Complete specifications or part numbers to be included in the solicitation. Anticipated delviery to be FOB Destination to U S Naval Hospital, Guam, Bldg #1, L-Wing, Suite L103, Farenholt Road, Agana Heights, Guam. The vendor must have DUNS #, Cage Code and must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Request for solicitation must be via email or fax, no phone number is acceptable.
